I think the most problem why servers fails is graal itself :O
you have to pay if you want work on a server ... and really its stupid
there are a lot of talented graal players who dont have pw gold
but if you really find staff check out that they have the same vision of a server than you and that they work only on your server
i never worked on 2 servers at the same time because i know its to much work
most time i have the same prob than zokemon but with scripters :O
i never found a scripter who works hard and fast...
