Wagon?

Wouldn't a wagon to carry items be helpful? It could make your burden 1/4 of what it would've been, you could use it to carry house supplies, you would pull it on a rope like a horse, you can take it in shallow waters, and you can have it on a ship. It would be so useful for new players building a house without making them almost not moving at all.

And how would pulling it be easier then carrying the stuff around? I mean, you have to watch out how fast the cart goes downhill.

That is a good point. Maybe you could make horse's pull it for you.

Hm, yeah

But that would probably be ignored, since pets are annoing.

Why not a coach service? Just let 1-2 coaches travel from point A to point B regularily, on 2.0 movement speed no matter what weight.

Higher than 2.0 I think, it is a cart after all. And most peple can run faster than that. Maybe somewhere between 4 and 5.

There was something similar planned but there are some changes for the mudlib needed. The sattle of horses should have some extra bags where your horse will be able to carry stuff for you.

It could travel around main island like the Santa NPC did.

Yeah, It'd obviously be slower than running for some people. But it would rock for RP and noobs traveling to and from the mines.

GK should be more real-time like G2k1 was... a train that travels around the whole main island....NPC's who close their shops for day/night (fake game-world time) meaning you have to wait like 30min-1hour or however long a graalian-night lasts before being able to do stuff in a shop...

I'd like to see someone being crushed by a wagon if it was going too fast down hill.

I think the bags on a saddle would be good, but i'm guessing you would apply the bag like a sack and it would only work when you use it on a horse not when you hold in on your player.

All I am saying is that it is ridiculous how slow you go from all the items you have, in real life. Yes, this is an RP server if you forgot. You cannot carry 10 logs, 350 stones, 150 nails (maybe nails...) and 300 boards of wood. So logically, if we can do all of this, we should atleast be able to drag a 1/4 of the burden (or even lower) wagon. I don't really mean a wagon, maybe just a slate of wood on wheels and a piece of rope?

The horse idea is probably better than a wagon... actually, it should be for other pets too. Maybe each one can carry a different weight.

Why not? It's just a bag, except now you're letting a horse/pet carry it. I suppose it should be a different bag, like a new "pet sack" or something. Then you should be able to drag-and-drop the bag for the pet to hold your items, or just hold on to it to use yourself; except you'll be weighed down since it's NOT a sack of holding.

If the train doesnt seem to match GK's technology/world, it could also be a buch of wagons/caravans, linked together, being pulled by horses.
