Its good you want a job helping out a server but this is a place to advertise server hirings. Just apply with one of the ones that are hiring. No need to make your own thread that has nothing to do with you hiring for your own server.

In the real world, most people go in to a store, ask for an application, turn it in and get an interview before getting a job. You don't really see employers "future employee hunting" unless they go to like some other company such as a temp agency.

I would say you're about 10 years old based on what I've seen, but then I realize that I doubt a 10 year would would be posting on the forums, so I will raise you to... hmm.... 12.

Maturity does come with age to a certain extent, but not completely. Every single 11-12 year old I have ever met will get very upset and do something irrational because they are inexperienced with handling poor situations. There might be like a few 12 year olds that aren't impulsive and babyish, but those are the rare cases. From what I've seen in this thread, you are not one of those rare cases. I know I would not want you on my server, you are unprofessional, annoying, and overly paranoid, which tells me you're insecure and will probably erupt if something goes wrong. I hope you find the right server for you, but I know that no "good" server would hire someone with this sort of application/attitude.
