Rated M for mature.

Regarding Nudity, Gore/Blood, and Violence, a game must possess the following to receive a rating of 'M'.

The game must contain extended or continuous 'adult themed' content in that:

-Said content must be of a realistic nature with regards to gore and violence (See games like GTA3).
(Note: This is why games like Ratchet & Clank are rated 'E' even though they are combat-oriented).

-Games with nudity must contain a sexual connotation.
(Showing brief nudity in games is not considered Mature until sexually suggestive elements come into play. Simply showing breasts is not suggesting that kids should go have sex.)

Hope this clears a few misconceptions up.

You can have sex in Fable and it's only M rated, whereas public bath scenes are unlockables in Riviera and it's only T rated.

ESRB doesn't seem strict on games that don't have the words "Auto" or "Kombat"

Is there sex or intent to have sex in the public bath scenes? If not, then that's why it's T rated, which reinforces my point.

Multiple underage girls splashing each other joyfully in a bath and cleaning each other while the main character hides behind a rock watching.

Now really, why would a guy watch a bunch of girls while hidden from view if sex wasn't an excuse?

Of course! Sex in video games is wrong, but promoting pedophilia is perfectly fine!
