What should you know as a ET?

This isnt the question and answer thread nub xD. Zone release date isn't really something an ET needs to know, unless there gonna do an event in the past..

On topic, ETs should know what apeases players, if they put KotH on and no one wants to play it then obvously there not good at choosing a event. It's good to have good people skills, though not nececerry, you could just tell em to bug off
