I Am Shakaraja, I Worked on a few servers now and i see alot of people being denied by other people,
sincerly im Co Owner Of Dev Zibou (Now Named Lunaria)
we are pretty suckage, and get allot of people over us
harassing us, saying we suck etc. etc.
but what can we do about it, only me and zibou (and sometimes Zen/Prono)
work on our server. mostly we also get nightmare over to give us Images, Some of them are really cool and then he gives us, hes really nice

As i was saying alot of people get denied because they dont got the skills.
and since were not having a good time on our server i tought about my life as a developer at graal PW's
because when i started "Developing" i was pretty bad hehe xD
So In this thread i want to give people chances to work for us,
If You Have Any Experience, Or Willing to learn stuff:
LAT - Levels
NAT - NPC's (Scripting)
GAT - GFX (images)

Then Please Come To Lunaria
So Actuelly I want to give a Oppertunity for people who have no experience,
in this way we get helped, because every little step, is always a step

We are looking for people who have skills/Little Skills or no skills at all,
wich like to have a job on a PlayerWorld,
Most people deny people wich dont have skill, im trying to give them a
oppertunity to Also get skill, and with this our server gets upgraded (slowly, or big hehe :P) and
we make small steps in the good direction
Because i hated it to be denied all the time (when i was still new to Development),
later i went better because nightmare gave me a chance, now im giving chances to all "noobs" in development.

Then Here Is Some Information
The Server is a Modern/Streetstlye server.
Not something like era/Interitus (because most of them are Really Expanded in GFX etc.)
In Our server you get 2 ways to choose, Try to pick up a business (in good way, for example a factory), or Bad Way (Drug Dealing, Stealing Cars, Robbing Banks)
Or You can pick up a gang/join one and go in criminal Activity
But You Can Get Jailed For That (Like Mobstar{Mobstar is a game where u need
to click links and earn money and stuff, but this one is gonna be in graal.
Here You can do it yourself instead of clicking links
})
-- With Jailed i dont meen really jailed by a GP
-- but a NPC kind of jail only for like ... minutes :P (and you can pay yourself out)
The server is more like a Good/Bad Version Of IRL Life.
Also Criminal Activity's and Good Activitys Bother Eachother,
so players actuelly play their lives, but on graal wich makes it interesting
because In the server you get to choose wich side you on, what you gonna be,
what your lifestyle is gonna be,
Were Slow On Development, Because we now work with 3 people,
And most people underestemate the Unskilled, but i believe that Even a Unskilled, with good Spirit Can Surpass anybody.
Also Our server doesn't gonna be a super GFXed world.
we want to keep it plain because:
Our server is All about Respect, Honor and Friendship, not about images
We dont want to be like Interitus (For Example)
i meen, damn that world is awsome, it has great works, a great tileset and great staff
but still nobody comes to it, While their GMAP is Open.
(I Think maybe because people only look @ GFX)
And also, That Much GFX will easily Lag down a computer, wich sucks for the people.
So i just want to keep it plain and simple, because i think beauty isn't Everything.
And We Tought of Icons Below the player (not like zone with those Cool StickOut Thingys)
but just plain letters, and some cool Plate kind of thing, cant really explain il show in
the Screenies.
