Modern GUI Script?

i wondered how to create a Modern GUI
i have a image, but i dont know how to use it XD
anyway, if someone could give me a few links for extra info
or a small example i would really be happy

even twinny couldnt help me

shak i love the GUI you made. its better for old west tho.. its old school. in fact, here is image. (im dev on dev zibou so i was scanning through images to look for stuff to gani. i was bored.)
