What was that servers name?

It was about 4-5 years ago, I think the name started with S something.

The server had different classes, and monsters with different levels high & low the highest level of a monster was 99 and you could level up as a mage & warrior or paladin I think. And each different classes gave you spells & skills etc.

When it still was underground (dev) it had over 50 players, the record was 68.
It was a server of it's time.

But it died when PA Admins decided for no reason what ever, to fire our current Manager, can't recall whom it was. To hire r0bin instead. All the staff left the server including me, and it died with r0bin. I don't want to point out this thread that I don't like the PA Admins, they've probably made some good decisions over time. But everybody makes misstakes I guees.

Could anyone tell me that servers name, and does anyone have any kind of backup from that server?

I'd really appriciate backups with levels and npcs.

It's not SL and I don't think it's Sanstrata, Shifting Ages, hm. That's a possibility. I'm not sure, I'd have to see it *though*..

Maybe it was Providence? Yen was manager of that server, but it was my favorite UC server back in/around 2001-2002

Symphonia? I remember they were making monsters and then it died... At least, the old old OLD Symphonia from around 05 (even though it's not 4-5 years ago)

YEES! I think it was! Man does anyone have a backup of that server?

Xew was Co manager..

I used to be Staff Co there. Started out as a Lat though, and I'd like to get my hands on those old levels.

And if someone wants a project, I'd think Providence would be a great one. To revive a long lost world. That actully never made Classic cause of troubles with the PA.

I've to go to work now.. I'll check back on this thread later tonight.

Hmm.. I wonder.. I wonder. I used to have alot of leveling backups a few years back. I mean someone must have a backup, atleast r0bin must have it. I'll talk to Xew, but I doubt he still has it, I knew he had once.

I have a backup of it. I don't know what stage the server was in. I have backups of alot of those servers from back then.
