I'm going to assume at this point that this other person had already been on your playerworld. Just open your graal folder, go to levels/tiledefs and delete your tiledefsOffline.txt and the tiledefs for your server. Log back onto your server and it should reload the new tiledefinitions.

Bell had instructed me to do this, and it fixed the problem, so if anyone else out there is/has been experiencing this problem, here's your fix.
