Esteria's looking for talented Scripters and Level Creators.

We're trying our best to keep things running and to get it finished in a reasonable amount of time.
Sadly, though, we've only have 4 active staff working on levels, a story, scripts, and ganis.

Here's your time to shine! We're hiring 2 very talented and active scripters and 2 talented and active level creators. We currently have these four active staffs:
Switch (me, ganier), Crow (cool guy who scripts and stuff), PlRAT (another cool guy who makes levels and graphics), and Fraszle (scripts a bit).
We need these 4 staff hired, the 2 scripters and 2 level creators, so we can finish an overworld or base-world, and so we can get our systems done. The systems we need are fighting, fishing, smithing, and more.

We have a base idea for the gameplay of the server, being not only fighting for level, but smithing, mining, etc. We have our basic ganis done (idle, walk, run) and a great graphics maker *points at PlRAT*, so we're set on graphics and ganing (me and Mike who hasn't been on for some time so I didn't list him above).

Nothing but that and a couple main-world levels (not gmap though, just a small town...)

No, you have absolutely no plans to discuss about battling or anything on Esteria.

Whats wrong with just starting with the basic scripts and dont have lots of concepts of the other stuff?
Also, Switch, Fraszle is not into levels.

It's called an absolute waste of time?

If you're going to make a server you might as well really know what you're going to do. the people who go and get a server and don't know what to do with it are more then likely going to fail then the one that has everything down in paper and just needs to be done.

He's made a small one, havent seen it yet though.

I already know what the fighting is going to be like. Different moves, different styles of hitting, with various ammounts of damage, and its not just a game of hitting s, but figuring out what good combos (set around the keyboard) you can make, which can vary at different times what moves you have.

Just sounds like whoever can press the most random keys in a ceartin order wins

hopefully won't be too repetitive?

No, you have to find out how to make good combos to kill a certain enemy. Different enemies are weak against different combos

Whats wrong with doing an inventory system you know you are gonna use? Just an example..

Ah, here's basically the systms we need done so we can (I think?) open a bit of the server to the public:
Fighting, shopping, ringmenu, and fishing.

Maybe you should give the players, a temp level. And enable players to log on. Or people won't get interested..

We don't know anything about the tileset, what the server looks like. The gaming idea and such and such. Applying for your server not knowing if it has potential or not... Is like going all in with 2 7 offsuit..
