Just because your staff doesn't mean you deserver special privileges.
I'm just saying, it'd take a couple seconds and he does events. He should be on a higher priority, not just special privelages.
Think of it this way:
If Stefan al of a sudden lost all his Graal stuff, would it make sense for Ibonic to get right to him before anyone else?
