Make the forums free for registered accounts.

Are these forums required for Graal? Are they making any more money than Graal? We don't even need these forums. All that's really happening with the forums is people talking together. That and it's apparently a financial drain on Unix.

If the forums aren't going to be open to everyone, what's the point of them still being paid for? Just remove the forums and save some money.
