First Look at the Floating Island

Yes I know there is water. We plan on replacing it with clouds. As per a idea I will now have 5 spaced out ruined towns. One for each kingdom. So reserve a space now

What will be on it:

5 ruined towns (1 for each kingdom)
Graveyard is on here.
4 dungeons (2 are now done)
Central Archive building
New enemies (hopefully)
Landing area for the balloon
Maybe a small item shop for basic items.
A few new items.

So all you kingdoms Pick a spot for your Ancient ruined town. Leaders come up with some ancestor names and maybe some unknown history to tantalize your members.

I like the indent with the water at the center. I can imagine the clouds, so I can't wait what it looks like in person. Be nice if you could build houses, but something tells me that would become a problem. Hope the dungeons could help me build up physical.

Still don't know why a 'floating' island is surrounded by water...
It looks good though, hopefully this will make levelling alot better/easier/fun

From what the map looks like the island still needs lots of terrain work. But the shape is nice.

Yeah well no one really wants to help out. They would rather sit and complain so it will take me a bit longer then I first thought to get this done.

Yeah, i've been on the island in person and the terrain is quite bad but i don't think it would take long to fix.

The followers of Boshism declare the central most portion of the island as the location for the new Temple of Boshism. We shall construct four massive fortress towers with training facilities in each area and a massive cow launching trebuchet on the very top.

But I am not without pity on the scholars. I shall permit the archive building to be constructed in the sewer section of my magnificent temple so that we may all never worry about running out of toilet paper.

The edges should be the grass, not water. In that sense I mean take the closest grass to the edges and draw it down straight. It won't look right, but if you're putting clouds around it, it shouldn't matter.
Also, it'd be nice(for an addition in later stages) to have clouds moving around the area to show how high it is.

I got to agree with Bjorn and Cyan, the shapes nice. When I wen't on debug to check it out I found the Terrain is tricky to go through, and that was with over 7 speed. It would be hell for someone with under 6 speed.

I am working on height issues tonight.

Alright here is an updated look. In the second attacked picture if you click on it you will see two circles. The one White Circle represents where the ancient city of Dustari is and lower right on the map in that red circle (I put a light blue circle in it so you can see it better) is where the ancient city of CP is going.

I was pking people who were level 110 at level 60ish. I got the high level so the poison would stop annoying me as much to be honest.

Otherwise, I didn't need it.
