Is the current movement system the final product? If so, I think this will most likely be the biggest problem on the server. It feels so weird when you move, very slow and stiff.

No, it's certainly not the final product haha..., the functions in it are though (mouse click movement, moving slower diagonally and working different on several types of terrain). But if you are talking about the keys doing weird sometimes, that'll be changed.
