It's pretty obvious in the things that have been said that they're just being dramatic in order to gain some scripting help, don't worry

First Manager-ish thing done right now:
worked out a time schedule for Angelu and Fire for their times allowed on PWA acc since Angelu's VIP runs out in a week worked with time differences and all that
