Ya, but he's trying to make it all fit into the level-relative layers, because of the light effects, tree tops. That stuff can't be drawn on 4+.

He wants them to be drawn in order like:
Lighteffects
Night effect
Treetops
Player

Wheres the problem? Just put the lights on the 5th layer ;P

The fifth layer draws on the screen, not in the level. Not to mention a lot of light effects are usually NPC's in the level, and not showimgs.

i guess what i really want cant even be done with seteffecT() so far im done with
lighteffects
night effect
treetops
player

now the problem is... if theres a tree top infront of the window the light effect is over the treetop :x

Nothing you can do about the light over the tree with polygons, sorry.
