Somehow I figured a wise-crack concerning Shania Twain was bound to come about xD Lmao
TOO BAD ESTERIA WILL FALL THANKS TO POOR LEADERSHIP
Anyway, despite anything about Archaic, I'm definitely leaning on Esteria to be my home playerworld in the near future. I'm just totally in love with everything that's been made so far.

I like it, but the trees don't look taller than the house, yet they're casting a shadow on it.

Yeah that was bugging me...
Although I can't think of a good way to do something about that without just removing shadows from trees altogether.

Make the bottom a separate image from the top...and then set the width of the image via a script to however you need it?

They are premade by some scripter so Angelu could just put the image in it and it would work :P

I also made them a class, but I don't know if they use it..

! CHOMPY !

Well, whatever...using the tree class is a bit unhandy because you dont really know where exactly the tree is standing when you move the npc around, so I scripted that in GS1 to use it with the editor :]

Hmm, you're probably right, but the offset would be good if you made the npc image also the same as the tree in the script :P

I thought of that too, but it runs into a problem when it goes on top of the corner or a building or something else it shouldn't cast a shadow on, as it did in that screenshot.
