Tommy gun - firepower - shoots a wide spread of bullets the spread of chaingun at the SMG speed and it does dmg equal to the gun that looked like tsunami's attempt at making an AK47

Im not sure if this idea was submitted, but here it is.

Space-Cannon

Description: This heavy gun, is avaliable to buy! However, it requires atleast 100,000 experience points to use. What this gun does, is shoot out black balls of light. Another special effect, is that if you hold (D), a black hole is created, which drags your targets into it, making them unable to move until it dissapears.

The idea needs to be worked on, but I think in general it's a decent concept.

its function is similar to the ice cannon.

It sounds quite good. However with the D attack, perhaps the hole should start pulling people people into it? And whoever gets dragged inside dies. To begin with the hole will start off very small and have little drag on the players around. The players at this time will be able to walk against the pull and make it to safety. If you hold D for a prolonged time the drag will increase and eventually a full black hole will be formed. Vehicles are the only things that can escape its grasp.

While creating the black hole, ammo should be consumed at a moderate pace. If the black hole creator dies in the process of forming one, the black hole collapses on itself.

Note: The Black Hole will have a limited range in what it can pull in.

Thomson Gun is in a lot of modern servers so why can't it be here?

And also, the reason we should not have Tommy Gun, is because thats more of an Italian Mafia type name. If you want an automatic gun, change the name to like something sexy, like Xm8 (obviously not that name because Era has the same gun!)

John has an extremely vague point though. The muramasa, smg, etc do not really have a certain personality that some weapons like the Tommy Gun possess. The Tommy Gun is usually associated with the Italian Mafia, and that is its distinctive character. Whereas the others you mentioned hardly have a personality.

I see your point but when it comes to strictly talking about if the weapon isn't futuristic enough, then the Tommy Gun should be able to fit in with all the others. Just because we don't use a weapon or hear about it as much doesn't mean it's still not around and capable of being used.

Black balls of light? That's quite impossible, my friend. Also, I reckon they should do damage if you get stuck on them.

Yeah but, Zone isnt a gangster-style server. I think the idea is fine, just not the name. Although, we do have quite a bit of automatic shooting style guns.

...V5 hasn't been out much, I doubt that many people have renewed in about 3 weeks and why we talking about GK in a zone forums, or a profit, and what does me pointing out that we have a lot of guns with minor tweaks have anything to do with the playercount? rephrase your post please, I don't quite understand

How could you not understand?

What I am stating, is that if you kepe adding these guns that are nothing new or special, what is that going to do? Stefan mainly cares about the profit, and I respect him for that. Which is why, it is our duty, as Zone, even Graal players to come up with ideas to improve the server. If you notice, whenever a new gun gets added, the playercount goes up 3x fold, a week later, it is less than it was before the gun got added. What trend are we setting? Zone is dead, and im afraid to say it, but Graal might be to. The more and more weapons you add, especially if they are not anything new, the more lag you will have.

Create a weapon that no one would think of, not a gun stolen from Era.

ok, I understand that now, good job rephrasing it for me

but I don't see what is wrong with a gun from Era if it has already been stolen and inserted into 45 hundred other servers :/ and it could be like the thomson from futurama that the robot santa claus used to try to gun down fry and leila :/

What are you talking about? The Tommy Gun gives off the personality of Gangsta gun-crime. The SMG on the other hand, for example, is flexible in it's personality and can fit into any style shooter. Except, of course, for time periods where it wasn't even invented.

No, Era did not patent any real world weapons, but why make Zone a gangster server? Just stop with your dumb logic and think, why keep making modern day items in Zone? ITS A FUTURISTIC SERVER, if you dont know what that means than go to dictionary.com and type it in.

We do have modern day weapons, but why keep adding them? Be original, stop coming up with ideas that are just pointless. Sit down, put some good time into an item and say "Would this fit in Zone? Would players like it?
