Go to Start---->Run and then type in "cmd" and hit enter. Then use the cd command to navigate to your Graal folder. Then type in "graal4.exe" and wait a few seconds. Then click "Start" and wait a few more seconds. Then click the other "Start" and then "Install Packages". Click on "Level Editor" and then "Install" or "Reinstall".
