I like the idea of showing the level below it
I'm wondering if the stairs on the left and right are supposed to go down to the previous level or just down a bit in this level or are they going up to a next level? If they are just going down a bit the perspective is off.
For the middle stairs you should put something behind it so you can't just walk behind it and get to the next level, if you know what I mean.
