You only did that in an attempt to prove Raven wrong, and you failed. Simply look at their level. Almost all of the bmoders look like this '(insidemain_trading1.nw) W.' From this I can be 100% sure they're not pking.

Obviously there are not going to be any PKers in peaceful mode, and just because they're not constantly doesn't mean they don't PK. I am positive Ravenblade didn't count how many people were PKing at the moment, then figure out the percentage of people that were PKing vs the percentage of people who wern't.
