Esteria Returns!
And, with the return of Esteria comes a new informational thread about her and our goals for the server.

Yes, yes. Firstly, I did quit and came back, what can you do, eh?

But, currently Esteria is an under construction playerworld (right now staff only, sorry! :[) that is aiming to be one of the best out there!

We are, a server that looks great, and is just getting some meat on the gameplay, we try to stay close to that old classical rpg feel gameplay wise and yet have something new with the graphics and controls in terms of gameplay as well.

Our current working staff consists of:

NicoX - The Manager guy!
Crow - Some...other guy!
Chompy - Some scripter guy?
Me - Some scripting guy?
Gamble - Who is this guy? O.O
Korny - A guy who does levels.

And since you've all been wanting it, I threw together some new screenshots for the Esteria so you can all see how wonderful it's coming along.





We are, I repeat we are looking for some staff, the scripting section has been covered, so we are only searching for LATs, Ganiers and graphic artists at this time! (I don't feel like scripting and doing graphics =D!)

First off, I believe this is in the wrong forum. Secondly, can you explain some of the gameplay? I'll I see right now is a screenshot and "classical rpg feel" for your idea. If you want anyone to work for your server you need to explain more about your project.

Though, I agree with Thrashsoul3. Would be nice to have the concept/plot/theme of Esteria explained.

We're aiming for SORTA like a Zelda styled game with 1 weapon (with maybe bombs and arrows and things like that), but you can upgrade it. You also get a shield. We're still working on plot...

It's graphics are very great so i assume not that much people would care that much about detailed information to apply. But its always nice to know.

G3D looks different...At least from what I saw from the preview I played a few years ago...

That's 'cause it's not G3D?
He said it was a program he was testing for his friend.
I think that's the kind of 3D Graal should go for, I dunno, it looks different, yet still decent. Maybe it's because I like low-poly for some reason.
EDIT: Speaking of, I'd like to see someone make some texture's, apply them to 3D stuff like that, and make tiles from the 3D stuff, so that perspective and such would be applied through the 3D instead of trying to replicate it.
