I have been on quite a few playerworlds that I haven't seen extreme harrassment and sexual harrassment. I was not only speaking of what has been said to myself either.

Its always important enough if the player has tried to resolve it locally first and didn't get any results. But there is a chain of command, many people tend to try to bypass that chain.

The problem with pm logs and screenshots is they are too easily altered. They can be used to support your claims but can't be considered gospel truth. Supporting evidence always helps which is why often a resolution that makes everyone happy doesn't happen.
