So typhoon would you rather have a big robot(mech of some kind) or a robot the size of your character with a jetpack installed and has weapons programmed in it also it could confuse your enemy like if you could customize your robot to look somewhat like you they will kill it probably have low health left and you could come up and finish them. Also you will be able to go in building tents and other places like that.

i can easiely get 6k in one day, but only if i play on dm like typh said and if i dont buy cookies and meds like crazy xD

60k for a killer robot that will stop anything in its path. That sounds good. What if you just paid a certain amount to rent it? Maybe like 2k a hour or something?

Its only going to have 100 hp, so unless we add a like resistance to different types of bullets (:O?), it would be just like fighting a player, except the player would be a robot, and would have a limited amount of weapons.

I had originally planned on making it to where you buy it, and then it follows you around and you could say like "/attack 'accname' " and it would chase down that player continuously until you said like "/stop" or something...

So I'm trying to think of ways it can be controlled by the player. But no, it shouldn't cost to much, because it shouldn't just be an item for older players. (That would make it un-fair for other p2ps). I was thinking maybe 15k tops. (you have to remember, they will have to choose between buying; bluerifle,redrifle,photon, and jetpack + whatever holiday it is).

This is what I've gotten. I have all parts seperated, but didn't want to show that and have you guys all be like "what the ****" (the seperated parts will be used for GANIs). Not sure how long it will take me to get the sides done. Will probably have it done by friday, if I have time.

Barking out orders to your robot slave! :o Now instead of chasing someone everyone around Iricia I have my special weapon of destruction. It would be awesome too if you're being teamed and you want to take out a certain target first.

That looks very intimidating! Beware EP noobs say hello to my big friend. Of course they run and my robot blows them up with its dual equipped rocket launcher.

Well, if we were to do that there would be some interesting things that could probably be scripted with it.

Like, the robot could learn off you. It would count how many times you hit a player/how many shots you fire (towards that player), and how many times opponent fires at you/how many times you get hit, and it would start to fight like that. It could also probably follow you around and anyone that attacks you, it would automatically attack until it died, or you told it to stop. (would stop alot of johns laming

)

All robot movies where the robot learns off of you always end bad. What if the robot finds a flaw in your style and decides to turn againest you!? I'm screwed if it figures out I'm a big photon noob.

Alrite so does anyone have any ideas on what this robot might be able to do?

If the robot were to follow you around, it would be interesting to have it maybe "morph" into a vechile of some sort maybe?

Or if it were to be controlled by a player, maybe have wheels or something pop out from under the feet, to get you places faster?

The one that is showed, is the basic color I'm using. I will make recolors - so that the player may choose which type to buy. Could probably make each robot color, come with its own special weapon - ex; red, could come with a supped up flamethrower or something.

Why not when you send your robot into the field it automatically gains 100 bounty and once your robot dies you have to wait 10 minutes before you can use again, the Robot has 300hp and costs a lot of money.

well just make it to where its ammo is gadget, so that people are only able to use it once per life. maybe that would work?

so what your saying, sayain, is that our weapon is based off the color? if i had a flamethrower that would catch people on fire right? maybe we could have some kind of special effects! (i know its been on many threads but this would be the best chance to emplimate the effects

)

You could have it grab bases for you while you are fighting.

On topic now :]

My ideas zomg

-Have the robot the size of zone characters.
-Make it so when you hit someone or get hit the robot will attack the person you hit(there could be a new gui button that turns it on and off)
-The robot can be programmed with guns and swords.
-You can set up a base with your normal size robot by saying /shield me, the robot would guard your whatever side it is on(because it is following you) And you can hide behind it and shoot(if the robot get hit it hp goes down and if it get hit to many times maybe it will explode or just break down)
-Basically your robot will be like having an extra account to fight with but is faster and have guns and swords set as keys to fight with
-You can buy jetpacks and other things for your robot.

I say its better in my opinion than having a big robot z-z

Ok, so basically you want something that you can change the items it carries, speed, and weapons. It also must be player controlled, and you must be able to battle with other players. You can do all of this stuff on your normal character.

It's pretty much just busy work to give the staff something to do.

there wont be as many zonians using the robots than mechs! it acually takes some intelligence to use your player and the robit at the same time. i mean damn the mech has to have more than 300hp >.>
well it will give more umph to zone..aaaand it will make people run from az, SN, conven, me, wedge, john, and jo in terror xD

That's cool and all but it should have custom heavy weapons. I mean it's arms are metal, meaning it could carry much bigger guns. It should have dual photon cannons

And as for a backup melee weapon, dual daggers which come out of it's arms?

But, DS's are already able to be dual weilded. So it would just be like fighting 2 people with DS's.

With robots i would say that instead of making them buyable for alot of money (somethings az said cuz he has like 200k) , we do a new dropship with robots for the p2ps. for the trials, theres like only heavy infrantry class, and ep, chain gun, and motar do like 2-4 times damage against robots( to make it fair)
Also, while we are at it get us guild ships that both serve as a guild house and as battle ships that can with ET guidance fight another guild ship. (idea of star wars battle front 2 ^_^)

and defintely the pink ninja robots for laughs

I have trouble with one aggressive DS. I don't need a robot that chases me across Iricia with two Double Shots. I want to see two robots battle it out and see who would win. O.o

Well, Like I said, it would either be controlled by player or controlled by npc.

And double shots arent hard to beat, you just have to remember not to fire until they reload. x-x
