Agreed, judged, motion passed .. 1 clear shot from Photon and ur frozen, and dead within 2 seconds or less.

I'd rather fight a photon than an EnhancedPulsar noob. The only problems with photon I can see if when you enter a base and get mauled, oh and the power is a bit high for something so long-range, quick, and easy to move around with.

The EP is fine. If it was nerfed nobody would use it. It consumes tons of energy.
