It's sad to see that almost everyone in your apperent staff list are the type of people that go around "Collecting RCs". I think you need more faithful members
One thing that really ticks me off though is when people put "Owner" and then "Co-Owner" right after. This is a HUGE Graalian mistake that dates back to the very early years of Graalian history. You CAN NOT have both an Owner and a Co-Owner (Or Manager and Co-Manager)! The prefix "Co" is meaning such like "Cooperational" or "Working as an equal team". If the "Co"-Owner is below the Owner, then he isn't very "Co" now is he?
Plain in simple you should have one of three things:
- Owner
- Owner and Asst. Owner(s)
- Co-Owner and Co-Owner
And:
- Manager
- Manager and Asst. Manager(s)
- Co-Manager and Co-Manager
