it is also common sense to not attack people on the forums just because you don't like the way they post, or they don't follow the rules. It is common sense that the moderators can deal with these issues, and the members do not need to flame them.

How about giving some examples of that happening? These are the Graal forums and we will take advantage of almost any opportunity to take each other on, but "oldbies" aren't somehow immune to having this happen to them. Your signup date means a bit, but it doesn't mean much. The "group" that you're in (staff "group", Kaimetsu "group", chaos propagating "group", etc.) is way more important than how long you've been around.

"I don't like the thread" is not a valid reason for closing it. "Raven doesn't like the thread" isn't one either. Nor is "the thread is going nowhere" (and just what, exactly, does a thread that's going "somewhere" look like?) This discussion does not violate any rules.
