Why don't you guys just use the servertime. Just open the serverlist and have a look at it. It's the same for everyone and more easy instead posting the time in some timezones everyone has to check and convert always.

But then you can convert it to your time more easy. You don't have to look up for timezones. Just press F8 and count the difference to your time.
