Yeah, they're basically jerks like that. Don't rely on the pay system, only give them minerals of do work if you're getting paid for it upfront.

I should've made the system so that the second you're hired, your name is entered in the string and you can take the week's pay whether or not you're still in that business. That way, it will make managers think twice before hiring people they can't trust, and it will ensure that they can't scam employees.

Hello all. I r in fact, Church. Pleasure to meet all of you. What I did was, make my miners mine and if they didnt mine I'd boot them and pay them of course, I'm not that despicable. I made 35k in 4 days (all into GP's safe) and quit GP. Now, Im currently on a 7 day ban on chorchizcool for harassing Houdiniman and a 14 day ban on stnrdood for harassing Bell. Fat Kids ftw.

Edit: The reason I quit was I depised owning a business. It was horrible. I dislike many people (except for you all MUAHMUAH) and the constant annoyance from players asking to be hired pushed me to the edge and my fat survivalistic skills took over and I am currently in a cave somwhere in Upstate NY.

Most newer staff can't help but abuse the hell out of it when they first get it, but eventually it wears out and they realize it's not that fun.
