The "Start In" option; please try setting it to your Graal folder, i.e. "CProgram Files\Graal\" or wherever you have installed Graal and see if it helps.

It works now, thanks.. Actually it wasn't a shortcut I just found out.. I just went to the Graal folder and dragged it into the start menu instead of making a shortcut.
