Thats my thoughts on it and as for a new Member, Napo would be awesome GST member, though he's most likely busy with Aeon right now. :] Hikaru would be pretty good too and so would Inverness.
Meh...emphasis on scripting the tools. Giving Lessons and Advice and Helping
should really be optional...otherwise you get the whole "Of course I was working on Era with my gf, she needs the help more than any other server!" issues.
Plus there's the question of code snippets...it's a vital portion that's underused...it's too decentralized, uprooted, it's too much hassle to dig through the database for something Like what you need, copy and paste it, adapt it for your server, dig up the appropriate graphics, then find out it doesn't work anymore if it ever did in the first place...see: backups.
