Feeding Trough

I have two horses in my house, and a feed trough.. When I am not there they don't eat from it and when I am in there they hardly eat from it. Is that supposed to happen or what.

If you are not in the house your horses will not need to eat there food will still at what you left it at.

If its in your house. In a stable it will be a problem because they gonna die

Oh, okay.. Well I wasn't paying attention when I was in my house and one of my pets went up to 98% percent and the other one I just gave a steak so I could leave.. Thanks.
