I saw something REALLY weird the other night...My Little Pony: The Biggest Tea Party...apparently its a musical or something...freaked me out.

Staying on topic, I really like the bookcase and the chairs. The books kinda look a little weird to me, but besides that top notch!

Ok let me rephrase my post because the last was a "personal attack". As I said before in my deleted post, You dont need to have played a game to know what it looks like, there are these things called "screenshots", you should try looking up the meaning sometime. And Crow, you out of all people shouldn't be the one talking about peoples graphics sucking, considering im on a whole other level than you are.

Why should it matter if I know the name? I know what the game looks like and Esteria's buildings looked like an exact copy just larger... that's all that matters.

Err...no it didnt look like an exact copy. Dude, the buildings got their own style, you could compare them to any SD part, they wouldnt look the same. SD has a totally different style. Secret of Mana had a pretty high saturation, SD 3 also had a pretty high saturation, and also bigger contrast. You can also compare the outlines of the buildings, nothing looks the same compared to Esteria's buildings...

Omg, why is it that every post I make, you are completely ignorant to the original fact that I stated, and try to defend Angelu when im right? The original statement was that Angelu gets his IDEAS for his tiles from SoM3, I can show you the window/roof/walls from SoM3 and you can see that there is a striking similarity in between the both of them.

Thats not the window we would have used if we would have finished Esteria, and our roofs are totally different.

No they arn't totally different. Its quite obvious that Angelu got the idea of the roof from SD... They look VERY similar.

Dude, here's how I would lay it out.

Angelu once told me that he is inspired by all the RPGs he has ever played. The end. Inspiration. They LOOK like SD. That doesn't mean he copied them dudes.

if you log on Val, you will notice the screenshot Sage posted is EXACTLY the same as their tiles, i mean EXACTLY, all of it.

And angelu is easily inspired, so it doesnt really matter if he copies designs.

The matter is Angelu didn't STEAL or RIP tiles. He just made a similar style.

There's nothing wrong with getting inspiration from other games, as long as you dont make a complete rip off. All Sage was saying is that it looked like he was inspired by a damn game. Drop it now please.

that bookshelf is nice, but i dont like the top... its confusing, especially with the books in. it took a moment to realize hat the top section was...well...the top of the shelf
at first i thought it was a wooden panel without any top down perspective

that chair though...
its a thing of beauty
i love it!
