Not really. Imagine the driver actually knowing what he's doing and simply driving very slowly up to some noob with an AK47. That's not impractical.

Next time you're online we can get a car and use a 2.5dmg click-shoot gun and drive around abusing and trying to kill people, and you can see how hard it is. :{
And then imagine that same thing but with a gun that does less damage and only shoots in a couple of directions.

The problem isn't so much with the application of it because, regardless of how effective/useful it is to actually kill people, it'd still be a fun thing. But it'd be too hard to get it balanced properly.

The way I see it, you should only be able to shoot to your left and right.

And then imagine that same thing but with a gun that does less damage and only shoots in a couple of directions.

Imagine if 4 people are fighting in the middle of a street and all have low hp...
