Id like to disagree. Too many GFXers will end up in a server that looks completely different all around. Max 3 GFXers per server, and those 3 have to maintain the same style.

We've completed so much, with so little staff on Mythic.

Meggido (Owner): Paycheck
Me (Manager): Scripts, simple graphics, levels, management, ideas
Jer (GFX): Graphics
Sage (GFX): Graphics, levels, ideas
Drakilor (NAT): Scripts
Stan (GFX): Simple graphics
Meridrak (Helper): Graphics

And we manage more then well.

Again, this is another one of those crossroads in the server management trail, you stop and ask yourself:

"Okay. I can hire 10 gfxers, get tons of work done, but then risk losing my 3 top gfxers because the 7 noob gfxers are saying they are better then them, and deserve the glorious GFX Admin position"

God now I know why I don't own servers anymore :|

LOL I know. If we ever get on Hosted tab it's gonna be "Manager > Co Manager (maybe) > everything else.

I'm only gonna get one GAT Admin and 4 GATs, not like that's too many. I'm also ONLY taking people that are either super good or are good at modern stuff (guns, armor, ect.). The people that say "Oh you suck I'm better than you" get a warning. Second time they're fired.

Awesome. I love it when an idiot staff member who thinks they're awesome gets yelled at.

Modern servers are full of arguments, so yeah, keep the peace and you'll be one hell of an owner

GFX admin, LAT admin, GANI admin, etc shouldn't exist. Maybe a GP admin but that's it.

Agreed, admins just cause fighting, and usually when you have an admin it really means "loel owner tinks i beter ten all of U. now i best n cna fire u if u agrue wit me!"

It's the manager's job to hire development. Not a LAT admin or a GFX admin. All it does is cause problems, trust me, I would know.

You'd be surprised. I think Elk makes graphics for payment, and I know that Jer does. I've been offered to make scripts for money, I would have too if I weren't working on Mythic.

Please stop with the unnecessary fighting guys, seriously. This forum is not meant for debating who stole what or who did what, if you have an issue, contact a global staff member. These thread are strictly for announcing your server and what it is hiring and what your plans for the server are for. Keep it that way. I am very lenient when it comes to giving infractions, so do yourselves a favor and behave a little more maturely, you aren't making yourselves look good for people who might want to work for you and your server.
