You can't allow leaders to sell their gang. It's not fair to all the members in the gang trying to work their way up the gang ladder to become a recruiter or leader, to see some irresponsible newbie that has absolutely no clue what to do, or how to lead the gang take control.
Changing the gang name is also a bad idea. Make the connection; a newb buys the gang, then changes it to "dark killerz." Uhm..? If you're going to make restrictions on gang name changing, then why not just abolish it as a whole? |
