Graalopolis - IN NEED OF EVERYTHING!
Yep, I finally payed for it =) I'm gonna need a LOT of staff for this baby to come true... E-Mail [email protected] with what you want to be, and I'll ask for some things. There's only 1 level, so go on and look at it XD playerworld96... As for what we WANT to do, the server is gonna be sorta modern and futuristic. Gonna have cars, hovercars (ONCE THAT GOD DAMN FLY SYSTEM IS OUT >.< GET TO WORK ON THAT!!), guns, jetpacks, and busses. Yes, a LOT to work on, but who said we only had a month?

Yeah hopefully you can get something other than Era's tiles/graphics and scripts you take off the forums.

It's not a good sign when you're asking the forums for a staff boots script. I give this server about a 2% chance of getting finished. It's harsh but I feel that I should just be honest with my opinion so maybe you don't waste a lot of time. We don't need another "it's like era but better" server project.

I'm not just saying you're going to fail without any evidence... It's the fact that people only want to work on servers where they see some potential. Having one level and begging for staff doesn't make your server seem to have any potential.

You don't need tons and tons of staff to keep up with but rather several very talented staff members. It takes time to finish a server and talent as well.

I know. Right now I mostly needs GATs that can MAKE THEIR OWN tileset that is modern/futuristic.

You'd have better luck giving some noobs on UN money to make you a half-assed tileset.

What I'm trying to imply is that even the best GFXers on graal aren't amazing anymore..

(To be a heckler for a moment, look at Era, ROFLROFLROFLROFL. Look at them same 'ol graphics.)

If Era can't even get a BIG change, then what makes you think your server will get this huge wave of gfxers running to you

Graal's just not like it used to be.

Umm, Era sucks because they never update. That's your fault for being on there so much and never going to a different server, not other GFXers... many GFXers ARE really good, some are better than old ones. so why don't you shut up mmk? Also, can we keep this thread a bit more on topic?

1: Banned on Era because I insulted the staff a little too much ;(, that proves your 'on all the time' theory wrong

2: Er not really true, most of graals current GFXer's are retarded edit-gfxers, they just take an image and edit it: (NOT SAYING EVERYONE DOES THIS:
Out of the 20 tryouts I recieved for a modern server I'm working on right now, 18.5 of them were edits (1/2 was an edit from era, but he was all "btu i gfx tere b4!"))

3: Whoa I should shut up? Well excuse me for giving you some advice from someone whos managed more servers then Jigga himself

Well come on dude, are you really going to pressure everything on one gfxer?

That causes stress.
Stress causes cortisol.
And thats why people need relacore.

Thats the #1 reason staff quit servers, because they're pressured too much;
and if you don't pressure them, you'll be sitting here waiting for them to finish your server for years..

Its just those crappy choices you gotta make when you're a manager, huh? ;P

Nope I have more AND I can GFX a bit too myself, and the Manager (right now it goes Owner>Manager>everything else) can, too. Plus I already got a GFXer XD

AND OH MY ****ING GOD, FINALLY A SERVER THAT GOES Owner>Manager>ETC

I hate the damn servers that are all:

LOEL WE GO.. OWNER CO OWNER ANOTHER OWNER MANAGER CO MANAGER MANAGERS ASSISTANT HEAD ADMIN ADMIN AND ADMINS ASSISTANT AND THEN OWNER NEEDS ANOTHER ASSISTANT BECAUSE HES COOL AND THEN PAYERS AND SUPPORTERS AND OUR HELPERS NEED LVL 4'S TOO

You're already on the path to greatness, keep it up, I hope to see this server getting better quite soon
