As far as level warps go, if you look at the buttons above the level you're editing there'll be two arrow icons. The left one is to make a new warp field, so select the area that you want to act as a warp field and click that button. Input the coordinates for where you want it to end up and there you go. Just make sure to set a warp field going back the other way.
