I think this is the kind of bug/error that could be fixed if higher-ups like you played more often. Thats just my blind opinion though, since I don't really know when you're on.

I have no time to play anymore. How should I? It's impossible if you always get pms and players want something from you...

This is why your Job never is done and you keep getting complaints. You dont actually know all the bugs and hell you staff release every now and then. Seriously go on DND and play for 30 minutes every few days to see if you can find bugs with boats or whatever.
