Classic has an older playerbase, I guess it's those who are clinging on to the memories and have been around for a while. Zodiac averages at about 16, I'm not sure about UN but I'd say it were about the same. I think Kingdoms would probably have an older playerbase too.
There's some 9 year old on Zodiac.

I'd think it should be more along the lines of, the older people should grow up a bit? There shouldn't be any age limit for Graal, if they enjoy the game I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to play it for the sake of some idiots.

Cursing and maturity is a loose link.

Stopping younger people from playing the game would pretty much kill the game and almost all influx of new players. The reason we have so many older players as of now is mostly because they are players who have been here for awhile. Not to mention that swear filters are optional server to server. Have a problem with it? Take it up with the management of the servers, not Graal Online. As far as the forums go, swear filters on forums for games is pretty common, although GO does take it way too far.

There have already been at least 2 people in the poll that have lied about their age, just for the fun of it I'm sure.

I think you're just trying to come up with a reason to keep your assumption that graal's playerbase consists primarily of young children correct.

Why exactly do you think this? I think you once said you did a poll on N-Pulse or something? Regardless, it was years ago if you did.. and years ago all of us were younger.

Right now the voting is like 36 out of 56 people are over the age of 18. I really doubt they are all lying for the heck of it. I don't know why you think the forum userbase and the game userbase is so much different...

Are you trying to say that the people playing the game are like 10 years old and don't know how to find the forums?

Why do I need to come up with a reason? I personally don't care what ages play, but I still personally think the playerbase consists of mostly members under the age of 16, yes. More older people play now then years ago, yes.

I'm not saying they are different, just saying we don't know. All we can do is judge by a poll of avid posters, but that will not show the average player. All it shows is the average forum POSTER.

Also I really do think Graal should hold a poll...just for fun and for the sake of statistics.

Why not limit the forums to registered users?

The forums allow classic accounts now, so I don't see how that's a horrible idea.
