You're still missing the point.

He hired a friend, no one cares if she can jump through hoops with a fire stick in her mouth while singing the national anthem, it's about how she was hired.

He hired someone he could rely on and trusted, isn't that better then hiring someone who he didn't know, didn't trusted and didn't know of their ability?

The only thing that matters is if Bell does a good job in the future, which no one can predict. None of us should be passing judgement, or making assumptions on why she was hired. We certainly shouldn't be arguing about why she was hired. I really don't see what the fuss is about, maybe because I don't want to be a global.

Hey this sounds an awful lot like what we ask you guys to do with us players. Yet you are allowed to pass your judgement and try to predict the future and group us as you want.

Why is that fair to us?

Because we arent some kind of staff for the company you moderate forums for? Please.
