There are locations in many areas that have constructed learning facilities that integrate computer/multimedia skills into a person's educational options. Some even provide for these types of classes in rather large quantities by traditional standards, in the northeastern United States, for example.
Administrators and taxpayers in general need to get with the times and seriously consider an overhaul of the educational system and budgeting for such. Eventually, those areas not considered at least "mostly wired" will begin taking an economic hurting; especially those in the small business community whose finances are not contingent on strictly providing a service, rather than goods in some noticable quantity.
