Mac: Finding your Graal folder

Anyhow, I don't see how its any different from Windows in that aspect. A lot of times I do Start -> Run -> "CGraal\Graal2005" to get to Graal folder or other folders on my comp since I type fast.

Well, the difference is that your folder won't be hidden unless you hide it yourself. Your local Graal settings folder on Mac is hidden by default and thus, people don't know where to find it.
