Trust was built between Unixmad and I over the years starting from when I was Manager of N-Pulse. It has nothing to do with any position of power which I have never had, nor my age. It is something that happens in job related situations when people work closely together, or discuss a great deal of work related ideas and such. Why are you making such a big deal about this? Why does it even matter?

I'm questioning why he chose someone as unfit for the position as you to do this.
And, if he does consider you fit for the position, then he has some business classes he should attend.

Unlike you, I do not feel the need to bash someone when in a discussion, and since you continually do so, I will no longer hold a discussion with you. It is not worth my time. This being said, if you would like to know why Unixmad made a decision, then ask him. I am not a mind reader.

I don't want lenient rules so I can call someone a ***** (although getting banned for it is weird), just so I can talk about more than TV shows, or *my girlfriend*.
