Actually, I have worked with both Elk and Tom and from experience, Tom is the better half in terms of attitude. Elk, and I quote "makes images how [he] thinks they should look" but if you know what you want, or even try to give some input to improve, you're automatically wrong and it will not work - Tom is more willing to change and improve, he also sits through hours of changing things until it's finally perfect.
This is why I prefer Tom to Elk, I didn't however push Elk after he said he makes things how
he wants them, I just realized that I couldn't work like that. If you don't like the attitudes of someone, to be honest, I don't understand why you still try to help them, some people never change - yes you're being kind in giving advice and criticism, but if it's not appreciated I wouldn't bother giving him any attention at all personally..
