1.I think u should let the snipers bullets be a bit slow so u can evade them a bit
2.let them be like event weps so they don't get over used or so that not everyone can use them
3. Put at store so only gold member or VIP can use them

why dont u just make it like the sabre's "You have to be Solider to use this.", but instead it would be "You have to be General to use this."
it would work alot cause then it would strive trials to pay for membership to get to it, and it would strive other p2ps to go out and acually get good enough to use it. do u know wat im sayin?

My explanation for #2: Event weapons are for show and should not grant players something "better" than normal weapons.

Storebought weapons however should be better than normal weapons usualy, but in Zone that's bad since you can use them on ANY class, which means you get a better weapon on a faster class = HomoSexual

i didnt say that it HAD to be general huwa, it could be legend for all i care, just put it to where we wont have 50 noobs at one spot barraging ppl with sniper fire.
