Gralats Class

Is there a way to completely remove the Gralat dropping ability? (When people press S+A and then they can drop gralats)

If not can someone get me the gralats class script because I deleted it.

I'm not sure exactly how you would go about it, but there must be someway to disable it as most servers either do not have gralats at all or don't allow you to drop them.
