Your most Rp funny / embarrasing moment

I was performing a wedding ceremony for Maruko Dibides and his lovely bride Maliko. The wedding started ok (Oasa was not there so it went well :-) and was attended by a whole host of Pirates and other dignitaries. I had both Maroku and Maliko's names copied in the clipboard buffer so I could paste them for all the We are gathered here, present ring, repeat after me, etc. ceremonies. Partway through, I typo'd over the clipboard buffer and had to retype their names in a hurry. Instead of typing Maliko, I typed Malinko (who was also at the wedding!) so everything after that was Maruko and Malinko :-( I realized it right at the end and corrected it, with an apology, so that Maruko and Malinko were never married (whew) and that Maruko and Maliko were (yay!) and lived happily for many moons.

Of course, Maruko and Maliko were gentleman and lady enough not to get mad at me, but I still cringe when I think about kinda ruining their big day.
