2 houses 1 key

Ok, i have 2 houses on CP right next to eachother but i locked my only key to one of them in the house. I went to the locksmith shop and got about 30 new keys made trying to get a key to the house. It has my name on it but I can't get into it for some reason. Could anyone help me with this or tell me how to make the key for that paticular house?

For some reason the support desk is messed up in my web browser i cant click the next button the catagory selection screen. I tried that first :[

I did and he said submit a support ticket but I can't so I'm stumped.

Ok I just gave one house to another account of mine and tried to make a key for the other one and it says 'you do not own a house.' :[

So I'm pretty screwed? I'll just bug everyone until they help or I get banned for harassment :[ Is this a bug or a was it meant to be like this, I have never locked my key inside my house before.

I just downloaded firefox because I was having troubles with IE lagging. I went and submitted a support ticket and there is no use for this thread anymore. So close this thread please :]
