So if I wanted to I could run a GServer on my computer if I had this license? What? Im confused z.z

I don't think you can anymore. I think this was an option before Playerworld renting came about. Unixmad or Stefan would have to clarify this though.

As I understand it, this was to license Graal for making your own customer base and turning it into a business of your own.

Ie: Be stefan/unixmad! Get a license to host a Graal server! Charge customers to play, make money!
